About Our Permanent Lighting Work in Mechanicville
We install permanent, app-controlled lighting along rooflines and gutters, and we work on your property the way we would want someone to work on ours. That means protected planting beds, tidy ladder work and plain answers before, during and after the install.
Why We Work the Way We Do
Permanent lighting stays on a house for years, so the install matters as much as the lights. A track that sits straight on the fascia, runs that hide behind the gutter lip and wiring tucked out of sight are what make the finished roofline look calm instead of busy.
Most of our day is spent outside, on ladders and along the edges of your yard. That puts us close to things you care about: shrubs under the eaves, mulch beds, fresh sod, a stone walkway. We plan around them before the first ladder goes up, and we lay ground mats where our feet and equipment will travel.
The only time we usually need to come inside is to reach an outlet or set the controller, often in a garage or basement. When that happens, we lay a runner, wear boot covers and keep the visit short. You will know beforehand exactly where we need to go and why.

A walk-through before we quote
We look at the roofline, the gutters and the power source with you. You hear what we plan to mount, where the controller will sit and what affects the cost, such as roof height, the length of the run and how many corners and peaks it has.

Ladders that leave no marks
We use standoffs so ladders rest away from gutters and siding, and soft feet so they do not scuff walkways. Beds and low shrubs get covered or stepped around, never trampled.

One clear plan for the household
Before install day you know when we arrive, roughly how long we will be there and whether anyone needs to be home to open the garage. If something changes on the day, we tell you as we find it, not after.

Finished means cleaned up
Clip packaging, wire trimmings and stray screws all leave with us. Before we go, we set up the app on your phone, run a few color scenes with you and show you how to change schedules for holidays or game nights.

Our shop is in Mechanicville, and we put up permanent lighting in the towns nearby, among them Halfmoon, Clifton Park, Malta, Cohoes, Troy, Schenectady, Saratoga Springs, Country Knolls, Clifton Knolls-Mill Creek and Pittstown. We pick track and fixtures that can live outside all year, through gutter ice in January and hot sun on south-facing fascia in July, so a system installed once keeps running season after season.
